Requirements:
🟠 Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field;
🟠 Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in venture capital, private equity, or the startup ecosystem, with a strong track record in sourcing and evaluating investment opportunities;
🟠 Fluency in Azerbaijani and English (Russian is a plus);
🟠 Strong coaching skills with the ability to guide and empower entrepreneurs;
Responsibilities:
🟠Developing new programs to support the strategic direction of the program;
🟠Creating and managing short-term and long-term goals;
🟠Scouting and headhunting from Incubation to the Acceleration program;
🟠Developing an evaluation method to assess the program’s strengths and identify areas for improvement;
🟠Implementing and managing changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved;
🟠Monitoring program results to ensure that objectives are being met;
🟠Coaching the startups and moderating meetings that startups have;
🟠Analyzing, tracking, and monitoring the progress of startups;
