SOCAR Head Office is looking for Senior Specialist of Organizational Development Acceleration Division.


The position plays a crucial role in driving strategic initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness, offering processes related to the formation and development of corporate culture, activities to improve employee engagement and satisfaction, managing of HR business processes, identifying organizational changes, and proposing change plans, conducting diagnostic assessments, and implementing approved activities.
This position involves collaborating with various departments cross-functionally to identify and implement Human Capital strategies and solutions that align with the company’s goals and values and contribute to its overall success and growth.

Main job responsibilities are:

📌Managing processes of Organizational culture development initiatives;
📌Designing and conducting surveys and analyzing results;
📌Ability to design and implement initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and engagement;
📌Leading and facilitating organizational change initiatives;
📌Identifying, analyzing, designing, organizing, evaluating and improving the requirements for organizational development programs;
📌Identifying, aligning and controlling of business processes;
📌Managing organizational development workshops, meetings, and sessions;
📌Promoting the development and integration of diversity, equity, and inclusion principles across the organization.

Job requirements:
– Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Organizational Development, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field;
– At least 4-5 years of professional experience in organizational development;
– Strong understanding of organizational development strategies and processes;
– Familiarity with organizational culture theories and models, employee engagement theories;
– Understanding of employee feedback mechanisms and survey tools;
– In-depth knowledge of organizational behavior theories and principles;
– Expertise in change management methodologies and best practices;
– Awareness of current trends and best practices in organizational development;
– Strong verbal and written communication skills;
– Excellence in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Power BI;
– Critical thinking;
– Analytical skills;
– Presentation skills;
– Project management;
– Leadership;
– Problem solving;
– Having international certificates (PMP, ACP etc.) is an advantage;
– Fluency in Azerbaijani and English.
